What can our Physiotherapists do for you?

Physiotherapists usually take a holistic approach, which means they are likely to look at the body as a whole, rather than focusing on individual factors of an injury or illness. For example, back pain can have a number of causes, such as: muscle tension, overstretching, bending awkwardly, standing or bending for long periods or lifting or carrying incorrectly

Our Physiotherapists believe in an individual, 'hands on' approach to assessment and treatment. Following an individual assessment your physiotherapist may recommend a variety of treatments which could include:

Heel and Toe PromiseManipulation and mobilisation of soft tissues and joints

Heel and Toe PromiseSoft tissue and deep tissue massage

Heel and Toe PromiseSports massage
